We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. The app does not contain advertising or cross-app tracking.
Other users see your public profile (name, photo, Instagram username, bio, ratings). Venues see the profile of members who book their events.
In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately:
We keep past booking records without your profile, and business invoices (including the business name) as required by tax law. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days (manual backups 90 days).
If you cannot use the app, see https://www.joyvoysocial.com/delete-account/ or email joyvoyapp@gmail.com; we complete requests within 30 days.
